While our packages do include more than just a space, we are not all-inclusive. We prefer you to be able to work with vendors you choose.
Sure! We want you to love who you work with! We have an amazing list of Preferred Vendors who we think you will love too, but you are free to choose your own! The only exceptions to this are our onsite Chef and our Bartending Service. Not to worry though, we don’t have food and beverage minimums!
We do not have rooms to rent. We are happy to refer you to hotels near the Mansion though! Some even provide shuttle service for the event day.
We have a phenomenal onsite chef, and therefore do not allow outside catering. If you don’t see a menu that you love; we are happy to create one with you!
We do require that you serve a meal for your event. We have lots of options, including menus that are closer to heavy hors d’oeuvres.
Become your best friend! But really, your coordinator will be the person who takes care of any issues that may come up, they will guide everyone through the rehearsal and down the aisle, they will help you plan your ceremony and reception timeline and then make sure everyone sticks to it! Their main goal is making your day as stress-free as possible.

We have multiple options to move your ceremony inside so you and your guests stay dry.
We love fur-babies and want them to be able to be a part of your big day! They are family after all! Depending on size and breed, your pet may be allowed to be a part of your ceremony. They won’t be able to be in the buildings, but they can walk down the aisle at any one of our outside ceremony locations.
That depends on the package that you choose. Typically it is 11am.
