When Sara got married, she learned a lot; like what could go wrong did. Afterwards, her friends and family began coming to her for advice – thus a wedding planner was born! She’s been in the industry for over 20 years. Sara started at Lone Star Mansion in 2015 after becoming a Certified Wedding & Event Professional, doing outside planning, and owning her own venue. When not giving tours and getting to know each couple, she’s behind the scenes ensuring our brides have the perfect day. In her personal time, Sara loves traveling the world with her husband and friends.


· Event Director ·

Tigi has been fortunate to work on every aspect of weddings; from starting as an assistant coordinator, to videography, floral design, cake decorating, to full planning and everything in between. Tigi has a genuine love for people and helping them realize the wedding of their dreams. She truly cares for each couple and loves developing lasting relationships throughout the coordinating process. Since starting at Lone Star Mansion in 2015, Tigi has moved into the role of Senior Event Director. When she is not at the Mansion, Tigi and her husband are foster parents who also run a nonprofit organization to bring awareness of the needs in the foster care system.


· Facilities Manager ·

Jose has worked at Lone Star Mansion since 2012 and knows the property better than anyone. If you see it in a photo he probably built it, repaired it, grew it, or trimmed it. Jose wears several hats on wedding days including making sure the entire property is landscaped perfectly, managing and driving the guests on golf carts upon their arrival, the setup and breakdown of events, and he usually locks the property down at the end of the night. When he isn’t at the Mansion, he’s either spending time with his 3 children or working on his own property.

· Executive Chef ·

Chef Rojo has been in food for over 30 years. He got his start in his early 20’s when working for his parents at their family restaurant and fell in love with cooking. He has since worked his way up to Executive Chef at multiple Restaurants in both Texas and Florida. Chef Rojo’s love of cooking a variety of dishes makes him a great asset at the Mansion since no two bride’s tastes are the same! When asked he will tell you, “I don’t have a favorite dish, I just love to cook!” He’s forever creating new dishes and perfecting old ones!
